Start Using Your Pet Insurance Coverage

Preventive Care, if you’ve selected it in your policy, is covered as soon as your policy becomes effective. Pets must be at least 8 weeks of age to be eligible for coverage. Accident coverage begins at 12:01am on the 3rd day following the Effective Date of your policy. Illness coverage begins at 12:01am on the 15th day following the Effective Date of your policy.

Use Your Choice of Veterinarian

Print out a claim form and visit any licensed veterinarian in the United States when your pet requires care. Have your veterinarian fill out the designated sections, you fill out the rest. Pay the entire bill, and keep your receipt.

Submit Your Pet Insurance Claim

Send in your completed pet health insurance claim form with the original or a copy of your receipt. Keep a copy of both for your records.

Get Your Reimbursement

We pay eligible completed claims as quickly as possible. Once your annual deductible is met, you will begin receiving reimbursement for your selected percentage of eligible costs.
